What does pasting a job description do?

The AI scores your resume against that specific role — flagging missing keywords, mismatched experience, and requirements you haven't addressed. Without a JD you get a general ATS score; with one you get a targeted gap analysis.

Is my resume data safe?

We don't store your resume or job description. Both are analyzed in memory and discarded immediately after scoring.

Will this work for my field?

Our model is calibrated for tech hiring — software, data, and product roles. Pasting a JD makes it more accurate for any specific role within those fields.

How accurate is the score?

It reflects ATS criteria used by most applicant tracking systems. A low score is a reliable signal. A high score removes one major barrier — it does not guarantee an interview.
